1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
  • Items without original packaging or sufficient proof of purchase

Because many of our wall murals are produced according to customer selections and specifications, we cannot accept returns for changes of mind after production has started.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged item
  • Replacement of the affected parts

  • Full refund in eligible cases

4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.

We will verify the order details and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Sending the correct product
  • Providing a replacement
  • Issuing a refund if replacement is not possible

You do not need to pay additional shipping costs when the mistake is caused by us.

5. Color Differences and Product Appearance

Due to differences in:

  • Monitor settings
  • Screen brightness
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing materials
  • Viewing environments

the actual product color may slightly vary from images shown on our website.

Minor color variations are not considered product defects and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

We recommend reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, and material information carefully before placing your order.

6. Installation and Handling Responsibility

Wall murals require careful installation.

Homelydec is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect installation methods
  • Improper surface preparation
  • Cutting errors
  • Excessive stretching
  • Damage caused after installation
  • Failure to follow installation instructions

Before installation, customers should carefully check the product condition, size, pattern, and color.

Once a mural has been installed, cut, or altered, it cannot be returned.

7. Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back before receiving confirmation from our customer service team.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include order information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error or defective product from Homelydec.

If approved, your refund will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on:

Once your order has entered production, been customized, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of many wall mural products, we generally do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will evaluate your request and provide a suitable replacement solution.
